Policy & Timing
- Turnaround: 2–3 business days after payment and file approval.
- If you used the calendar, the date you select is treated as a Needed-By deadline (not an appointment). Work may be delivered earlier.
- Unpaid requests expire automatically after 7 days. No work begins until payment is received.
- All sales are final once work begins. Unsuitable files are declined and not charged.
